Code of Ethics 

First Oregon has adopted a Code of Ethics (the “Code”) for all supervised persons of the firm describing its high standard of confidentiality to its My Alts Data clients. 

Our Code includes provisions relating to the confidentiality of My Alts Data client information, prohibition on insider trading, prohibition of rumor mongering, restrictions on the acceptance of significant gifts exceeding $100 dollars, reporting of certain gifts and business entertainment items. All supervised persons at First Oregon must acknowledge the terms of the Code annually, or as amended. 

The Code is designed to assure that the personal securities transactions, activities and interests of the employees of First Oregon will not interfere with First Oregon’s duty to (i) make decisions that are in the best interest of its clients and (ii) implement such decisions while, at the same time, allowing employees to invest for their own accounts. 

First Oregon LLC is a data management and reporting company that serves private funds, accredited investors and financial advisors related to private fund data management and reporting. 

Our focus is on administering our proprietary technology platform that assists accredited investors, private funds and financial advisors to keep track of individual private fund account data in a confidential manner, through Desktop, Android and iPhone apps. 

First Oregon LLC is obligated to keep client data secure and confidential. We do not sell client information to anyone!
